Rock Steady Boxing Palm Beach County

The Rock Steady Boxing Program empowers people to fight back against Parkinson’s disease. The program consists of:

  • No-Contact Boxing
  • Stretching
  • Balance, Mobility, and Strength Training
  • Overall Motor Recruitment
  • Hand-Eye Coordination and Mental Focus Exercises
  • Specialized Cardiovascular Training
  • Scientifically-Proven Exercises for Parkinson’s Patients
  • Any Age and Fitness Level — No Previous Boxing Skills Required

Rock Steady Boxing has proven through several neurological studies to reduce Parkinson’s symptoms and help fight all aspects of the disease!

Federico Balet was the first Rock Steady Boxing Affiliate since 2012. His technique has proven to be life-changing for his warriors fighting Parkinson's Disease!

The George Rothman Aquatics Center features a pool with four lap lanes as well as a three-foot-deep 'learn to swim' area for swim lessons, water aerobics, and sports. Come make a splash with us!
