Building Services Support

Perform event set-up and upkeep of the Palm Beach Gardens campus, including routine activities such as light cleaning, event set-up, light maintenance working under the supervision of the Building Services Manager.Work schedule is generally 20 hours during each work week Sunday - Saturday as directed by work schedule and deadlines.

Director of Youth and Family Engagement

Director of Youth and Family Engagement is responsible for leadership, design, development, supervision, marketing, outreach, and management of the implementation, budgeting, and evaluation of youth and family programming and activities provided by the Mandel JCC at the Ross building in Boynton Beach. This includes Camp Shalom Summer and Vacation Camps, daily After-school Program, After-school Enrichment Classes, Children, Teen and Family Programs, Birthday Parties and Special Events.

Lifeguard & Water Safety Instructor

The Mandel Jewish Community Center of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Lifeguard & Water Safety Instructor. Primary responsibilities include supervision of members and guests, swim lesson development and execution, cleaning, policy enforcement, program and event set up/break down and various other duties associated with the aquatic complex operations.

Managing Director

This is an advanced management position requiring independent judgment, initiative, strong interpersonal skills and advanced administrative skills. The Managing Director is responsible for the development and implementation of the Mandel JCC, Boynton Beach programs and informal Judaic activities, projects and ambiance and should be able to integrate concepts of Judaic programming within all agency departments, programs, activities and services. The Managing Director will need to be creative in developing and evaluating programs, services and activities as well as providing strong leadership and supervision to staff. This position will the Executive leader of the Boynton Beach agency branch and be a member of the Agency’s Senior Management Team.
