Donor Privacy Policy

Mandel Jewish Community Center respects the privacy of all donors. We believe in safeguarding personal information and ensuring that donor privacy is protected. Your name, address and any other personal data you provide will be used only by the JMandel Jewish Community Center and its partner agencies to keep you informed of our activities including our programs, special events, and funding needs. If at any time you choose not to receive these communications, you may contact JCC and we will promptly remove your name from our mailing list.

Electronic Personal Records

Donor information is maintained in a secured database, and only authorized personnel have access to this information and only for appropriate business purposes.

Mailing Lists

Mandel Jewish Community Center does not rent, sell, give away or trade its donor lists or any information contained on those lists. Donor information is used by JCC for charitable purposes only as described above and will not be used by any entity outside of the JCC or its partner agencies. To review personal information collected and/or request changes, please contact our Donor Information Services department at 561.478.0700.

Authorized Release of Information

Mandel Jewish Community Center may be legally required to disclose information on occasion. Mandel Jewish Community Center complies with all applicable legal requirements and standards.

JCC’s primary website, jcconline.com, pbg.jcconline.com, and, bb.jcconline.com, uses appropriate procedures to ensure the security of your personal information and to protect it from unauthorized access. Once your credit card has been processed, your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Our Aquatics program offers Baby & Me swim classes, swim lessons for your little ones, Water Safety courses such as Lifeguarding, swim team, and more! The George Rothman Aquatics Center features a pool with four lap lanes as well as a three-foot-deep 'learn to swim' area for swim lessons, water aerobics, and sports. Come make a splash with us!
