Description

Looking to build some speed? The Mandel JCC will be having a speed & agility class for boys and girl’s grades 2 – 8. The program will focus on the development and improvement of speed, agility, explosiveness, body control and more! Regardless of what sport you play speed and agility are two of the most important skills you can have. If you are interested in helping your child take his or her abilities to the next level come join us this fall!
