Description

This class will include strength training, flexibility, and skill progressions all of which help build a healthy mind and body. This class is powered by Gardens Gymnastics. This program is available to children ages 3 (as of September 1) through 5 years old.

Our Aquatics program offers Baby & Me swim classes, swim lessons for your little ones, Water Safety courses such as Lifeguarding, swim team, and more! The George Rothman Aquatics Center features a pool with four lap lanes as well as a three-foot-deep 'learn to swim' area for swim lessons, water aerobics, and sports. Come make a splash with us!
