Zumba Gold

$80 per person for an 8-week session.
Zumba Gold is a less intense, slower-paced variation of a standard Zumba session. It is ideal for novices, senior citizens, and people recovering from injuries. The program makes the workout enjoyable and simple to follow by using basic rhythms and moves.
