This class includes a drumming session using Ripstixs® followed by strength training session to help you sweat, burn calories, and boost your metabolism while rocking out and having a great time. Equipment needed – Ripstixs® if you have them but not necessary and free weights.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers balls can be used for resistance. A chair may be needed for seated or standing support.
