Ladies of Literature
Books may take us to faraway places and eras, give us a different view on life, make us look inward, make us laugh, make us cry, or provide an escape for a few hours. Join other women who love to read and discuss literature.

Sandy Cavanagh is an experienced discussion leader. She has a background in education, and taught English in Kings Park, New York, before becoming the Assistant Superintendent for Secondary Curriculum and Instruction in that school district.

JBiz Business Networking  Group 
The purpose of JBiz is to create business networking relationships between the members and within the local community. JBiz hosts a community breakfast each month sponsored by a local business. Guests will enjoy a full breakfast that is open to everyone interested in making new business connections. Come hungry and bring plenty of business cards! Support Groups


Bereavement Support Group
The Alpert Jewish Family & Children’s Services of Palm Beach County offers a bimonthly support group on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, and provides a trusting, intimate and confidential atmosphere to share feelings with others going through the loss of a spouse. The group will help you process your feelings and emotions tied to loss; developing coping strategies to deal with changes in your life. To participate, and for more information, please call the group’s facilitator, Dale Kinzer at 561-238-0236. Free and open to the public.


Parkinson's Patients & Caregivers Support Group
This group is for anyone living with Parkinson’s disease, including patients, caregivers, spouses, and their loved ones. Attending group will give you an opportunity to share stories and network with others. This group is provided by the American Parkinson Disease Association South Florida Chapter.
