Financial Assistance

We appreciate your interest in participating at the Mandel JCC and appreciate your need for financial assistance. The Mandel JCC is entrusted with funds from its members and donors to assure that we do everything possible to meet the needs of our community. In order to equitably and diligently fulfill our responsibilities, we must verify some relatively basic information that will inform our decision-making before making commitments to provide such assistance. We hope you understand our need to collect information from you that will help us determine how best we can assist you.

In order to manage this process well, we are using a confidential third party entity — FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment — who will be assisting us in conducting the need analysis for the upcoming school year. Families applying for financial assistance will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment. Applicants can apply online by clicking here or by pasting this web address into your browser: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4KJ23. During the online application process, you will be prompted to submit the following:

  • Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules
  • Copies of your most recent W-2 forms for both you and your spouse
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare,
  • Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers' Compensation, and TANF
  • A $45 application fee

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.

We are committed to making this process as efficient, effective, confidential and user-friendly as possible. We hope that the use of FACTS will help assure that we meet these goals. If you have questions or concerns about completing the application, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-441-4637; all other questions please contact the Mandel JCC representative, Gwilda at 561-712-5216.
